Let me tell you about Tallinn. Not only because it is my humble home town, but because I actually like it. And I do not want you to miss out on the Big Experience if you have not been there yet.

Google search will tell you it is a capital of Estonia, situated in the North-East corner of Europe, on the coast of the Baltic Sea. It gets very cold in winter and quite hot in summer. The best time to visit – all year round.

I flew from Dublin to Oslo with SAS direct. It took us just over three hours to fly into Oslo. SAS fly daily so you can go for a long weekend or as many days as you like. This is the nearest airport to Lillehammer. From Oslo to Lillehammer there are excellent train connections departing close to every hour.  I found this to be very convenient as the train is located uunderneath the airport. You can purchase your tickets online at www.nsb.no before you leave and they cost roughly €75 return. The train itself is very clean and each passenger receives a fleece
